Writing to reach you

This is a picture of our national soccer coach. It's an ad for the national railway and reads : "Suddenly you know, You'll be a railway conductor, There you can really sub" (really it says substitute, cos the dutch word for substitute is the same as for a railway switch) This ofcoarse is about the awfully stupid substitution he made by taking out the best attacking and most dangerous player for a defender. Bah! Another one, who wants to be a millionair ? This one reads : Your left forward is playing the best match of his life and thanks to him you are in the lead with 2-1. What do you do ? Take him out and put in a slow defender. (highlighted...) You leave him in and win with 4-1. You substitute him for Overmars. You substitute him when he can't go on.
