When Paramount came with Nemesis just a few days before LotR came out it killed Star Trek for good. The movie would have had far more visitors in februari, but no, Paramount had to screw it up. He build an eco-hotel on it but the hotel went out of business because Brando didn't care much for the island after the 1995 suicide of his daughter there. The runway is too short for normal planes to land on so business died. Now some project developers are looking to buy it and fill it with hotels. Bastards!
